At Tokree, we believe in mindful consumption. Our policy is maximum utilisation and minimal waste. Each of our pieces is made with love, care and detail. Our garments are beautiful inside and out. Unevenness in colour, texture of fabric and print is a characteristic of any handmade product. Please be mindful of this before placing an order.

We hope our garments will grace your wardrobe for years to come. Sizing permitting, we also hope they will be borrowed by your mom and your daughter and your friends. 

General Information

All our garments are made to order. We do not maintain mass inventory of our products. We believe that we as a people need to be more mindful of our consumption and as producers, we wish to be more responsible towards our planet and our people. So, once an order is received, we begin the production process of that particular piece.

If there is an urgent requirement and you need the product earlier than our stipulated delivery timeline, please email us or send us a WhatsApp message and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We are usually able to expedite orders on request.

Payment Terms

You can use a range of safe payment options including net banking, leading national and international credit and debit cards, UPI, interest free EMI and Pay Pal for your purchase on our website. Cash on delivery service is currently disabled. 

If you have shared your email address and phone number for preferred communication, you will receive a payment confirmation from our payment gateway partner and one from us.

Order Confirmation & Shipping 

We don’t like to fill your inbox with spam, so the next time you will hear from us is when your order has been shipped. This may take up to 14 working days.

Taxes

All listed prices for the garments are inclusive of taxes.

Product Delivery

We deliver across pin codes all over India. 

While we try our best to ship the garments to you within 10-15 days, the shipping time for customised orders would be intimated to you upon placement of the order. Although we have partnered with some of India’s best logistics companies, we are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and / or on or during national and state holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Within India, you can expect your order to be delivered within 7 working days while international orders would be delivered within 15 to 20 working days.

Custom size outfits may take a while longer (upto 10-12 working days)

Delivery Attempts 

Delivery agent will make 3 attempts to deliver the product to you. If you are not reachable and the product remains undelivered after 3 attempts, as per general delivery policy, it is returned to sender. Once it is returned to us, any further shipping process will be chargeable as per actuals.

International Shipping & Orders

We ship worldwide. International orders over the value of $400 are eligible for free shipping. However, if any duty / customs fee is levied by your home country, it will be paid by you on arrival of the product.

A flat shipping charge of INR 4500 is added at check-out for orders valued lesser than $400.

Most international orders are delivered within 15 to 20 working days. However, any delay caused due to the customs process is beyond our control and we would not be responsible for the same.

Discounts 

We love our country. As a gesture of this love, we offer 10% discount to families of defense personnel, serving and retired. Please email at contact@tokreeshop.com, answer the trick question and avail the discount.

We also have a 10% off for all first time buyers. We maintain a clearance section where we regularly update outfits.

Exchange & Returns

At Tokree, a lot of love and work goes into making each piece and we ensure that we create premium quality products that go through the most stringent quality checks before dispatch. Unevenness in colour, texture of fabric or print is not a fault but a natural characteristic of any work done by human hands, be it print, embroidery or weaves. Please be mindful of this before placing an order. 

We are happy to provide an exchange for size only. Any purchase may be exchanged due to sizing issues as long as it is unwashed, unworn and unused. We reserve the right to not exchange an item even for size or damage if it has been washed / worn / used. Final decision to accept an item for return or exchange lies with Tokree.

Dupattas and free size items are not eligible for exchange. Custom made pieces are not eligible for exchange.

Any cost incurred towards the exchange process (eg return courier) will be borne by the customer.

Do give us 24 hours to get back to you. Someone from our team will revert back to you and help facilitate the return.

Garment must be returned in its original condition and packaging. There should not be any lipstick marks or other stains on the inside or outside of the garment. If there are any stains or the garment has been worn, it will not be accepted for exchange or return. Tokree holds the right to not accept a piece if it shows signs of wear / use / damage. We would require all original documents to be returned with the product.

A piece exchanged once cannot be exchanged a second time.

Products cannot be exchanged, if they are:

Made to order (they can have 1 alteration from our end)

Customised (they can have 1 alteration from our end)

Please read details carefully and understand which products are for ‘Final Sale’ before placing your order.

To request an exchange, you must inform us within 3 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email at contact@tokreeshop.com with invoice / order number and attach an image of the piece you have purchased. Please do let us know the reason for returning the piece so that we can improve our selves and minimise exchange / returns in future.

For international customers requesting an exchange, you will have to ship the product to us. Return courier charges and any customs charges or duty levied will be borne by you.

Return Policy

On the off chance that you may have received a defective product, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product. Beyond this, we will not be able to take your request for return or exchange. 

Cost of return and exchange will be borne by customer.

Tokree does not provide reverse pick-up facility for any garment, so you will need to organise the return on your own.

While returning any garment, please enclose a note along with it mentioning the following details:

Order Cancellation 

For any reason, if you decide to cancel your order, please use the cancel button / link in the order confirmation email sent to you. 

While we can accept cancellation of any order while it is still being made, no order can be cancelled after the piece has been dispatched by us. Once the piece is shipped, order cancellation will not be possible. 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:

-If you have been charged extra or there has been a double charge on your card during payment processing.

-If there has been an unprecedented delay in dispatch and delivery of the order

-If the product received is damaged

-If the order is incorrect – that is, the size or style ordered is different from the one received by you

It would take up to one month to process refunds for international orders and 15 days for domestic orders. All refunds will be sent back to the original mode of payment only. 

Note- If you are allowing order cancellation until dispatch, then how can we say refunds will be processed only in the above circumstances?

Applicable law and jurisdiction

By visiting the Tokree website and availing any services from Tokree, you agree that these terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and any disputes arising between Tokree and you shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts and applicable authorities at Jaipur. The place of jurisdiction shall exclusively be Jaipur.
